What we will do together
Sensory games, walks through the vineyards, tasting of local products
Among the vineyards and hills
Sara, the fifth generation of the family, will accompany you to the vineyard to discover the different grape varieties and soils.
We will discoverthe characteristics of a still little-known area and those of the winery's historic vineyards.
Games and sensory tasting
We will taste the wine directly from the vat, just as it was done in the past.
Then, once in the tasting room, we will immerse ourselves in a true sensory tasting, trying to recognize the different aromas that can be found in wine. This will be very useful before moving on to the tasting!
Tasting of 4 glasses
During the tasting, we will sample the winery's most iconic wines, including Rossa Passione, the 10-year reserve.
To accompany the wines, we will serve a selection of locally sourced delicacies carefully selected from local producers for a comprehensive introduction to the food and wine of Valcalepio..
You will meet Luigi
If we are lucky,we will find Luigi, the family winemaker, working in the vineyard and cellar.
He is tireless, even on Sundays! If we meet him, you will hear his stories about the current vintage and the secrets of the land.
