OUR WHITE WINES

We dedicate the 30% of our hectares of vineyards to the white grapes

Chardonnay, Moscato giallo, Pinot bianco and Pinot grigio.

We try to take out the best features of these varieties, protecting their genuine aroma

using  cryomaceration before the soft pressing to create deeply tasteful wine.

BIANCOSPINO

THE FLOWERY ELEGANCE
This is an elegant wine with flowery scents and exotic hints that can be served on many different occasions. It should be savoured young.
Using the carbonic maceration technique together with cooling grapes with dried ice before crushing them, results in a wine without oxidation and with an intense and sophisticated scent.

LUIGI'S ADVICE
It can be served as an aperitif or paired with lean white meat or fish.

PRIMULA GIALLA

THE AROMATIC STRENGTH
This is the peculiar vine variety of our land, a pure Yellow Muscat with distinctive sparse bunches and a late harvest at the end of October.
This allows the grapes to ripen to perfection, taking a golden shade and releasing their most intense scents. This wine has a long history, being originally produced by Luigi’s father, Bruno. Today’s “Primula Gialla” is a very aromatic wine, with distinguished, intense but still delicate and refined scents.

LUIGI'S ADVICE
It can be served as an aperitif and paired with medium-aged cheese and shellfish.

CHARDONNAY IGT

THE HARMONIOUS
This is the main white vine variety of La Collina.
This particular blend of grapes is perfect to make fragrant wines with a strong personality and unique features derived from its favourable exposition and location above sea level.

LUIGI'S ADVICE
It works well with fish risotto and white meat.

PODERE 1798 BIANCO

THE HUMBLE
This wine is mainly made using grapes from vineyards located in Grumello del Monte.
It has a straw-yellow colour and a pleasant faintly fruity flavour enriched by a nice almond taste.

LUIGI'S ADVICE
It’s great as an aperitif. It can also be the perfect match for appetisers, soups, vegetables and fish.
